Council

Rycroft Village Council is responsible for providing overall governance including establishing municipal service levels, approval of the annual budget and local taxation levels.

The Council is comprised of five Councillors from which the Mayor, or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Deputy Mayor are elected by the sitting Councillors every year at the organizational meeting in October.

The Council provides direction to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who is responsible for the overall administration of the Village.

Council meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month in Council Chambers starting at 6:30 PM. The public is invited to attend.
